Maybe its cause we are looking for a George similarity, but his shots do look just his dad's shots. The uppercuts, the hooks..........Big George to a *T*.

I agree. People keep harping that he looks sloppy and doesn't throw straight punches, but does anyone remember how Big George threw in his first career? It looks exactly the same. It's probably too late for him to develop into anyone noteworthy, though.

Look people, Foreman had no defense but a GREAT chin, and threw wide sloppy punches as well, punches that felt like trucks according to Mike Moorer. I doubt monk hits as hard as his dad, but 75% of that puts any current heavy to sleep. Whether he has the desire, chin, and time to develop the ability to land some of those shots remains to be seen. But with the current state of the heavyweight division, if those genes passed on, anything is possible.

P.S look at the force forman hits that bag with man... you couldn't pay me to take a punch from that guy...

Foreman III looked like a crude brawler but he looks like he knows what he's doing with his style. But those wide shots and double uppercuts to the body are a counterpunch waiting to happen. Expect Foreman III to get lots of fights and stay active while making a lot of money.

Yup, fights a lot like an unpolished version of his daddy... don't know how far he'll go but as the son of a former great the safe bet is that he won't go very far.

I think I saw his opponent on "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives", the series on the Food Channel.

Monk looks very much like his dad stylistically and physically, but he doesn't have anywhere near the same strength and power. The elder Mr. Foreman was one of history's most overpowering heavyweights.

His name will make him rich without even winning a major fight.
