Is he ? I saw clips of him fighting with Jack and Froch .Groves was a beast however I noticed he didn't fight like that with eubank . Is groves done at the top after all those wars or does he still have enough to fight someone like canelo

I think he could still be tough for Canelo due to size, but I don't see any point in him hanging around unless he going to get something like that.

I think he only comes back for a Canelo fight or Degale if he beats Eubank. He’s not gonna build again for a title shot, doesn’t need to - he’s had a good career.

Groves is shot to bits, was never really the same after the second Froch fight. Canelo would lose to a prime Groves, but he’d beat this version.

I cannot see Groves coming back unless he is offered stupid money.

He was shot to shinola against both Eubank Jr and Callum Smith, and after the Smith loss was very close to announcing his retirement.

He missed a trick in not getting to De Gale before CEJ, if he did want another big money fight without too much risk.

I thought he’d done his shoulder in a few fights ago and last time out didn’t look comfortable throwing it.

Hopefully he hangs the up, he did very well

Perhaps he’s waiting to see the degale/Eubank outcome for one last payday?

Canelo would beat the life out of Groves. This is the same guy who lost to Jack ffs. Canelo is a better counterpuncher then Groves and can press well. He beats Groves all day, now or in his prime.

I think he's probably done. He's had a good career & he was a pleasure to watch.

He was already past his best when he finally won a world title, now coming off a shoulder injury and another stoppage loss I suspect he's going to struggle from now on at the top level.
