George Groves is naive and foolish

In order to win this fight he needs to keep his cool. He cannot. Im putting big money, sadly, on James "Twat" Degale.

 

IMO

1. The bet wont stick, just looks good for promotion, not even sure if the BBBofC would allow this anyway

2. Groves had already offered this on Ringside

3. If he didnt take it he probably would have felt he looked week in front of the nation so had to agree to show he was confident.

Personally i think Degale will win but Im hoping Groves pulls it off. I dont think the bet will stick and in best case scenario its a great fight that wont push the loser back too much.

Brilliant psychology if you ask me, booth piping up on sky sports saying the bets don't stand, degale/Ronald McDonald immediately thinking they have got the upper hand as groves/booth do not want any part of the betting, a bit daft to think money couldn't change hand without everyone knowing!

Groves as been ***** slapped by DeGale for the whole build up. The same will happen in the fight.

 

The bet isn't valid, even Booth stated this.

Degale will win this fight, I just cannot see him losing at all, to seasoned, and to good for Groves at this point.

How is it good psychology if Groves already made the bet and it is not enforceable anyway?

What happens in the ring determines the result.

I personally think Degale is too good defensively and knocks Groves out.
