Eddie Hearn recently said that he wants Groves vs Froch to be a "mega fight" and realistically he can see it happening in spring/summer of 2014 but how would you go about guiding Groves in terms of improving his skill and raising his profile for the general public to really be talking about it and wanting it to happen.

Looking at the rankings (Boxrec/espn/sky sports) I think if he can then he should box someone soon before Sep/Oct to look good against and stay fresh in the public eye.
Then perhaps someone like Brian Magee, take on the winner of the WBC title fight defend it once (if he wins) against someone like Abraham (previous Froch opponent and look better) and that provided Froch keeps winning until next summer it could turn into a "mega fight".

    Said before/recently.........Groves gives Froch nightmares.........50/50.

Many or not so many now  will laugh but yeah......

Defo depends on judges etc too........and Bika is a nightmare.....saw and knew of him long before he fought Calzaghe.

Maybe Bika aint what he was but I bet he still makes ya look gash.

    Anyways.........

    Steilglitz for the WBO..

Bika or Periban after for the WBC...

Groves could be a x2 world champion in the next 2 fights.

Genuine unification match against Froch now.

Whether Groves wins the WBC vs Bika or the WBO vs Steiglitz, DeGale will be his mandatory.

Why? Stieglitz is clearly the easiest route towards a world title. What other options are there for him?

Froch DOES want Ward and he did say on Ringside that Groves has to earn his title shot. Also Groves fighting Froch before next summer wont be as big as possibly can be

All Groves needs is a paper belt, the WBC or wbo to get the fight

Groves has the best PR machine in the game even tho he seems to have gone all humble, time to bring out the real Haymaker, not like he has a fight any time soon coming up.

  14. He should go for Steiglitz right now, i don't see any point in waiting.

George Groves support is huge in London, in addition his performances are improving all the time.

Froch is clearly a world class boxer with a world class chin, but Groves head movement and in addition the speed and power of his jab are world class too.

People should not be too dismissive of a Froch v Groves fight, I think it would be highly entertaining and intriguing as both fighters have qualities which would make the fight a massive seller in the UK.
