Ward wins on the judges scorecards after his headbut opens up a horrible cut on Groves' glass skin.

    Ward is proven Elite

Groves isn't proven world class but IMHO will be

Id absolutely love to see the fight just out of curiosity, but i believe Ward to be the much much better all round fighter

    Gotta love this

Groves pulled his head out his ass and battered Anderson into a stoppage, there's a rats knacker separating Groves and De Gale so to simply put it " or even beat degale more convincly " is silly !!!

Ward is in a calibre of his own ..................

He is now considered Elite and he aint gonna be the underdog against anyone from 160 - 175 any time soon

This is not an advisable fight for Groves at this stage of his career. He is developing nicely and should be allowed to develop rather than thrown in with a guy who I believe the pound for pound the 2nd best fighter in the world right now.

I like George but Ward would stop him

Ward is elite, George is certainly not

Im afraid I agree with every word of this.Im not an expert, but tipped Ward to win the super six and was a little surprised when a lot of others picked others.
George is a great prospect but I feel the only way he wins this one is if Ward is over the hill, considering the age difference.I would, however, back him to beat Abraham, always barring cuts, and have a fair chance with anyone else.
What have people seen thats lacking in Ward to underestimate him so much?
IMO hes on the way to being an all time great.

It took 10 rounds for Ward to stopped a guy who was ill...

I think Ward is completely overrated.

You may well be right, but he's still way better than Groves...

Groves doesn't have a single attribute that Ward hasn't handled. Ward TKO 9

    Stopping him emphatically wasn't enough?

Groves fought like a spaz against Anderson, dancing around like a horse doing the dressage, then waving his arms about like a lunatic.... and then decided to get his arse in gear, the fight was promptly over.

Kenny is a better fighter than he showed that night, but Groves looks stronger, appears to punch harder and fights much smarter.

It'd be a repeat performance, without Groves being nailed and appearing ready to be taken out.
