Groves gets put to sleep. Really pleased for him he finally got a world title but think he peaked three year's ago. Too easy to find, too chinny...
Groves was getting closed down and made to work hard off Chudinov. GGG would have to respect Groves's power but he's to erratic and hittable to compete with GGG imo. Golovkin may be slipping but he stops GG by round 6.
GG is slick and can fight on the move. But not enough for a pressure monster like GGG. I like his style but I don't see it last the distance. GGG by brutal KO.
This. Younger Groves was better than today's version but fought far tougher opponents in Froch x 2, then Jack. Groves is a skilled operator but is too chinny, too easy to hit, and hates pressure. Plus, Golovkin already broke his ribs in sparring, for the little that sparring is worth.
If GGG would lure GG into a fight like Chudinov did it would be a very bad night for GG. GG would have a chance with a perfect gameplan though if he had the discipline to execute it.
That wouldn't happen though would it? Because unlike Fedor, Golovkin isn't that gullible or limited or.... stupid. GGG would fight Groves just like he fought Jacobs.
I meant that GGG would probably impose his gameplan and lure GG into exchanges where he would want them, at his range. This is what Chudinov basically did but didn't have the skills to put GG down because he is limited. Like I said before the fight it would have been smarter for GG to box on the outside more like he did earlier in his career, but at the end he was able to finish Chudinov in a brawl. He wouldn't be able to do that to GGG.
