George Groves vs Kenny Anderson II - Predictions ?

Not having a go but put it this way - if one runner had to run a 36 minute race as fast as they could after 2 weeks of tapering , and one had to run the race after two weeks starvation, with damaged ribs - who'd win the race? It was a opportunity worth taking and this is me airing my opinion not kenny.

I agree totally, TBH the way the fight ended shows what your saying. Mentally Kenny was still wanting to by physically he was spent cos of reasons you know. I hope Kenny wins he seems a good solid pro who may be the sleeper of the group domestically at SMW.

 

George will be much more smarter this time around. No way will he come out swinging, can see him fighting off the back foot and getting involved now and again to try and keep Kenny off him. Can see a TKO win for George around round 9 or 10

Kenny wins by stoppage, before the halfway point.
Groves IMO, is there to be hit with the right hand, and I think Kenny nails him, and then he finishes him.

 

Kenny can live easily with Groves in a boxing match, make no mistake about that.
2 fights ago nobody rated Groves that highly, thought he'd be a sacrifice for DeGale, and I believe that "win" exposed DEGale more than enhanced Groves.
Then he gets involved in a brawl with the limited Paul Smith, and hurt.
Kenny is bigger, tougher and better than Smith, and Groves wont 1 punch Kenny thats for sure.

You have to say that it will be a 100% Anderson not a 60% fit fighter this time, I reckon Groves wins but i think Anderson is a notch higher than domestic level and can cause Groves plenty of problems as Anderson is a banger..

Groves will win this pretty comfortably, Anderson's only chance was the last fight where Groves wasn't upto standard

 

One things for sure, the last fight had too many 'what ifs' & this is the one thats going to prove everyone right or wrong, one way or another!

A fully fit Anderson is a beast, & Groves is a class act IMO. The heart says Anderson, the head says Groves... its too close to call, & Im just going to enjoy the fact that these two guys are putting it all on the line against each other again, & may the best man win:good
