The fight will be very one sided.

Groves was dominating the first fight.

But he did a few stupid things.

In this fight carl will be stopped by TKO.

After this fight Carl will retire.

    Calling it now

Better finish the job if he hurts Froch again in the rematch.

look for groves to drop Carl early and to box and try to win by a UD or TKO

I gave Froch alot of sh!t after that bogus stoppage, but the fact is he was coming on. That being admitted, I think St. George puts him out this time.

I think Froch has to go for it early.

Groves knows he has to pace himself in order to see the bell.
I don't think Groves will come out as aggressive, Froch can catch him early.

I hope this isn't the case as I quite like George Groves.
I also think Froch can turn the tables in the pre-fight mind games.
For the simple reason that Froch being the deluded narc that he is - can keep ramming the point home to Groves that he won the last bout, regardless of the controversy, he won.

I disagree on this one. Once Froch knew that Right was coming, although he got tagged a few more times Groves never really came close to putting him down again

I think Goves will look pretty good in the opening rounds but eventually get broken down again. I'd expect Froch to be a little bit more responsible defensively at the start of the fight and work away to Groves' body (as in fact he did in the first fight, though it drew little attention).

IMO I think Groves will follow a similar strategy as in the first fight - a blitzkrieg attack plays to his strengths and his best chance of winning is to try to put Froch away early - there's little point in him saving much for the championship rounds when a battle of attrition is one he can't win.

I see it playing out much like the first fight TBH except probably without the KD and with a more definitive ending.

I don't think Groves can stop him and if he tries and fights a similar fight to last time he'll end up being overwhelmed again in the later stages. I think Groves should go for a safe points win, you can't engage Froch he'll get you in the end unless you have an iron chin. Groves hit Froch with everything, landing multiple flush shots in combination and couldn't drop him again in the 6th. I can't see Froch getting stopped unless the last fight took away his durability.

I'm favouring Froch if Groves engages in a fight again, if Groves boxes, moves, spoils then he can win on points as he is simply too fast.

Froch gets to him and stops him again mid to late rounds imo.

Having re-watched the first fight again (while trying to block out Jim Watt's terrible commentary), it wasn't as dominant a performance as is being made out. I had GG 3 points up going into round 9 with Froch coming on strong. Say at the very least that Froch was going to get a 10/8 round in the 9th I would have fancied him to finish the job or win on points had it continued.

I can see Froch being much more on it from the off this time round.

If Groves tries to do the same and doesn't catch Froch in the first rounds or hit him with something hard, then i think Froch stops him mid-late rounds. However i think this time Froch will start quick and not be sloppy like in their first time

Froch will come more cautious this time and prepared for Groves' counters. I doubt Froch will make the mistake of carelessly opening up without any respect for Groves' power.

Depends how Groves harnesses his frustration and sense of injustice.

A fighter with a sense of injustice and out to prove a point is just that little bit more dangerous.... but can be in danger of trying too hard.

These are professionals, what happens outside the ring is rarely taken in the ring.
