    WHO? - Dont Know

WHY? - Dont even need to answer that, clue = rabbit hole.

Just looked on Boxrec and can only assume it's due to his record and easily beatable.

Ah the one James DeGale vacated...lol

Snooze you lose! In theory George should have progressed sooner especially after the win over DeGale now he is following the guy he's better than!

Groves will fight for a world title before DeGale. Degale has to wait for the bika fight, then the winner of the bika fight/bute, then the winner of that against ward and then he might get a shot at the winner of that fight if he is lucky. Groves will fight for a world title before august.

  8. Ndaiye has the EBU EU title.

Degale had the full EBU title.

  9. Would imagine they'll fight for the full title though.

Not a bad belt for this stage in his career.

Yep but DeGale going the better route? Groves going the easy one?

What you expect? he is a wazza fighter these days. Be interesting to see if he extends his 3year deal when it is up or moves on. I think both Degale and Groves run rings around abraham with groves maybe stopping him. Groves/Bika is a fight id love to see.

Yep, can see him putting a flurry on him like he did against johnson towards the end of the 7th round (think it was that one) and the ref jumping in to stop it.

As long as Groves doesn't shirk any challenges when the time is right, I see no problems with the path he has taken. He will fight for the Euro, and then the WBO in the not to distant future, against a legit top ten opponent who might've been found wanting against the elite of the division, but possesses more then enough firepower to present a real challenge.

Going down the WBC route at this time would be foolish; it would be advisable for both Degale and Groves to fight an opponent from the lower ends of the top ten before challenging Ward.

If the fight takes place in a location where body punching is permitted, then it could happen. Arthur doesn't take to kindly to anything downstairs. Obviously doing so would expose George's open questionable chin so I wouldn't advise overdoing it.
