Zoltán Enyedi, Paweł Kardyni & Benoit Roussel. No complaints about the Hungarian; the Pole has turned in some absolute head-scratcher cards and the Canuck is somewhere in the middle with a so-so rep (kind of a homer but n/a here, otherwise fine).

 

Kardyni, the name struck a bell so I did a keyword search on his name of my own posts and, while they're long enough ago to be foggy now, there are posts where I mention him putting out some dodgy cards. Russel is more secondhand, going by other peope saying he was slightly homerish, but not awful.

 

Kardyni:

1. had Masternak over Balski by three more points than myself, a little too wide. Balski definitely captured the first two rounds.
2. strangely robbed countryman Przemysław Jerzy Gorgoń vs. Belarusian club fighter Ivan Murashkin, although tbf his card was the closest of all three judges.
3. had Aram Amirkhanyan 115-112 over Khuseyn Baysangurov; mine read 114-113 for Baysangurov. So again, not egregious, just...off.
4. and finally this is the post of mine from all the way back in 2014, worrying about his involvement with Enrico Kölling vs. Giuseppe Brischetto as the Huck vs. Larghetti co-feature...moot point, though, as Kölling stopped Brischetto in 7:
   
   Been way too long to remember what past trangressions I was referring to, but that does establish a lengthy history of not so consistently great judging.
   

As for Roussel, skimming through, it seems like the best examples I can find are that whenever there's a split draw he is the lone dissenter having it for the Canadian guy - although his score is usually just on the other side of the fence and never ridiculously wide or anything.

Zoltán Enyedi has always been straight down the middle and competent AFAIK, so he's our control group here. The other two are most likely fine, but my suspicions linger about Kardyni being a wildcard if there's a ...well, a wild card.

 

To his credit, Roussel did save Gabriel Maestre from getting robbed against Taras Shelestyuk a couple of months ago. He was the only judge that scored it correctly (for Maestre), while his countryman Girard had it absurdly wide for Shelestyuk and their colleague had it a draw, which served as the result.
