Tentative because he had an injured shoulder in the Teo fight but I have never seen Loma scared. He has too much experience to be scared and was aggressive for the second half of the fight. If George has the guts to fight him, the Loma who destroyed Nakatani is going to be hard to beat.

Feorge did well against Teo but he has his work cut out for him. I’m rooting for him because he’s a classy guy who showed heart in his last win. Hope he continues fighting like he did. He did not look nearly as good against Selby but it’s a different story now that he is champ. If you think any of these guys are scared (Haney, Loma, even Teo) you are sadly mistaken. They are professional fighters and no one is afraid of George’s punching power. They are more afraid of the Australian judges but that’s just boxing these days.

I think Haney and Ryan give him a better fight than Tank. Tank has fought only fought low level opposition and little guys (and old shot Gamboa) since moving to LW. George gives Tank a beating and roughs him up more than he roughed up Teo’s face. Plus George can take a shot. Tank’s handlers are trying to set him up with guys who come forward and are easy to hit. George moves well and isn’t afraid to throw big punches. Not sure how well he does against southpaws but he has better work ethic and mental toughness than Tank. I’d pick George in that matchup every time.

Loma and Tank win inside the distance against George for me. Yeah, Tank could have fought better opposition, no doubt but he's still stopping decent enough opposition at 140.

His move to 140 was to avoid the top opponents at 135. He’s still ducking all the best guys at 135. Fighting a midget in his next fight. Sure things only for team Tank.

Also, George has a good chin and moves well. He also has enough power to keep guys honest. Two hit him with some good shots and George took them well. Even after he was on the deck, he showed heart.

I hear everything you are saying and sure hope you are right and I am wrong, just think Tanks power and skills would be too much. Much rather see George fight Loma anyway.

It would be boring if we all agreed on everything. None of our batting averages are 1.000! Honestly, I’m cool with any of these guys winning the belts, I just hope they do it legitimately in the ring against each other. Lots of exciting matchups at 135.

Tank is a good fighter and I hope he, Haney, Loma, George and all the top guys fight each other in ‘22 and ‘23 along with young guys like Stevenson who will probably be at 135 soon and Garcia when he recovers from his injury. If I’m wrong about any of these guys and who will beat the others, it wouldn’t be the first time!

:risas3:, me too, you get some right, you get some wrong but what I do like about Georgie Boy is that you can tell he wants the big fights and big names, he's for real, no BS! Just like the old timers. He's in it for legacy, you can tell he's a student of the history of the game. It matters to him unlike so many of todays prizefighters. Don't get me wrong, if you only want the bucks and easier fights, it's your perogative but dudes like Kambosos will always win over the fans, win or lose.

He Beats haney in australia guaranteed, i give him a slight edge vs haney outside of australia, he beats commey, loma wins unless he gets old, loma aint getting any younger he what 35? Loma has the best chance out of all of them but the fight needs to take place asap.

Nobody gave Kambosos a chance. I predicted he would beat Lopez months ago when I saw that Kambosos wasn't scared and refused to be bullied. I knew he was coming to fight and not just for a payday.

If we look back on the fight, he didn't just beat Teofimo Lopez...........he technically outboxed him, out speeded him, out power punched him and basically put on a boxing clinic in route to making Teo look like an amateur in the ring. It was a classic beat down. It was not a close fight.
Teo took more of a beating than he's willing to admit.

Kambosos showed boxing skills, ring generalship, and a high technical IQ. It may be the best we will ever see from George Kambosos, but he has the heart of a champion, the will of a true grit, tough fighter who doesn't know how to lose, or give up. All of these traits make him a problem for anyone. On top of that he is a true gentleman and likable. Win or lose the sky is the limit for George Kambosos.

My personal opinion is that Loma should be matched with Devin Haney and the true Tiger in the division, Shakur Stevevenson should be matched with Gervonte Davis. The winners of those two fights to be matched against each other, and then, Kambosos should take the match with the winner for massive money.
That's how it should happen. In the meantime Kambosos should take a match with a journeyman tune up fight and let the rest of the field scratch their way to the big money fight.
No rematch for Teo. Turnabout is fair play.

Haney is a legit close fight but Loma bulldozes him.

There's a lot of admirable qualities about Kambosos. He's a strong, rugged technician with massive self belief, a huge heart and a good chin. Jury's still out on his power, because @Serge has detailed before why we shouldn't trust Lopez's chin, but I think it's safe to say, it's probably a little better than it would seem at first glance. I think how he adapts to certain styles dictates how long he stays at the top.

Kambosos has a really bad style for Davis. Tall, long limbed with good movement and a high workrate. Mario Barrios was giving Davis trouble just by being that, and so was LSC. Difference being between them and Kambosos is Kambosos is way tougher and wouldn't show Tank the respect they did. Tank could still possibly knock him out, but the styles favour Kambosos.

I think he's all wrong for Garcia, who's defensive issues are even more prominent than Teo's were last week. Garcia's only chance is to time Kambosos's right hand with a left hook. Not an impossible task but in collision where there both landing often, I have far more faith in Kambosos seeing it out.

He probably has a fair amount of issues with Haney. Haney is better suited to a boxing match and Kambosos did only squeeze by Lee Selby.
