I was lucky enough to do a training session with Sam and George when I was down in Melbourne in December. He's a great kid, and is really keen.

I am in Perth a bit busy for the next week but will be there next week who should I ask for. would love to do some tough trining SMA is gearing up for me so better get fit. Can I do a few rounds with Forsyth that might get me in the right frame for the huge man SMA

im not running my mouth, im stating tru facts, something you have a displeasure hearing about, are you dillusional or on drugs?? all that comes out of your mouth is how good forsyth will be and that he will conquer all, thats all well and good, if he doesnt? what happens then? you put a hell of alot of pressure on him and if he doesnt go as far as you say makes him feel like hes failed.... ur just getting urself into a biffer hole, im in sydney, but if i travel to perth at the end of the year ill come down and see what all the rave is about at ur gym...
