Mayweather & Brewer; that's not a bad bunch to get taught by at all.

BTW, this has been bugging me...it's Fernando Guerrero, not Guerro. :yep Could you edit the title?

Grady opened a gym in Lawton sometime back, and was in the process of putting and amateur team together. The way I understood it Grady and Comanche are friends, and Grady helps him out and spars with him.

I've said for a long time that I think Brewer could be an outstanding trainer, especially for fighters who lean toward a "cutie pie" style.

What makes you think Zbik and Mora are much better or tougher match-ups for Guerrero than Tahdooahnippah? The fact that you've never seen or heard of him before? That's it?

He could be way below Zbik and Mora...or he could be a diamond in the rough and be a good deal better. The fact is - given how little footage there is and the lack of stiff competition faced yet as a barometer - we won't know how good he is or whether he's just a record-padder with no real potential until fight night. There is otherwise inconclusive data.

Automatically writing this off as less of a less real fight for Guerrero than one against Zbik or Mora with nothing real to base that on is no different than the people who just took one glance at Javier Maciel's record and decided that because they'd never heard of him or his opponents he was going to get KTFO in a single round by Pirog.

Neither Mora nor Zbik have much power; and the one real knock on Guerrero so far has been his susceptibility to getting decked with good punches. If anything, Tahdooanippah should be more able than either of them to exploit that...if his power is real.

Hawk is a good prospect. Would like to see him get to the next level.

I think this fight is off. George has a six rounder against a tba opponent.
