Georges Carpentier vs. Dick Smith

I’ll have to check it out. Haven’t seen to many fights from that era myself

 

Well, Smith looked big and hulking, but the much smaller Carpentier handled him easily. Carpentier had talent, but he certainly doesn't appear to be close to being a heavyweight. My guess is he weighed in the 160's for this fight.

What I found available on you tube was mainly highlights and certainly of interest to a boxing fan.
