The ferocious punching power of McClellan against the iron Chin of Collins? Is the luck of the Irish with Stevie or is he another ko vic of McClellan s ? 12 rounds
I don`t think Collins had a chin that could take McClellan`s punch because Eubank hurt him bad in their first fight, but let him off the hook and G-man was a far better finisher than Eubank ever was, Collins was a more savvy boxer than G-man was though so I would expect him to ship a load of shots via his bad defense before he caught up with Collins.
Saying that though ,Collins had a better Chin than Benn and if Steve could survive the early shelling and take him in to the latter rounds ,Maybe just maybe he could stop a fatigued Gerald .Obviously McClellan was at super middle in the tragic fight with Benn and perhaps stronger at the lower weight ?But anyway ,I know it's a Long shot but Collins had grit ,he'd have a go for certain .
G-man stops Collins likely early. I like Steve but he got Eubank and Benn at the right time a couple years earlier they both would have beat him.
A prime McClellan lays waste to Collins inside 4 rounds. Collins is overrated based on feasting off the corpses of ageing big names. He had a good set of whiskers but G-Man had another level of power and ferocity that would take him out.
