i love pavlik but he hasnt shown enough to merit beating the GMAN the GMAN hit so hard and pavlik has showed his chin isnt excalty granite i dont think kelly hits hard enough even though he hits HARRRRRRRRRD to win

Pavlik did walk through some Miranda right hands and the kids determined...plus he has height. I wouldn't count Pavlik out against any middleweight in any era except for RJJ, SRR, Hagler and a younger Hopkins.

Pavlik is very tall... I think it would be a great fight. Gman with his early aggressiveness could KO pavlik, but if it went past the first 5 rounds I would favor Pavlik.

Gman brutally, A fight that would have some great two way action but in the end the Gman owns Pavlik IMO.

This current version though, Pavlik still has a career to forge.

    Agreed.

But Pavlik's career is not over yet.

Gerald was incredibly aggressive, you want to talk about bad intentions, this guy went in trying to knock heads off and seemed to have a genuine mean streak while in the ring. Only other guy I can remember as nasty as McClellan was Terry Norris, but McClellan had more control over himself and a good chin.

Pavlik isn't even close to the same sort of fighter. More of a precise puncher who is capable of using his size, and is pretty good at finding his spots in exchanges. Would make an interesting fight, but McClellan was on an entirely different level.
