Benn's Middleweight 'bombs' were clubbing monstrosities. Benn was talented, but was far too cocky, and it was only after the Watson fight, he took boxing seriously. Pre Watson, he relied on a natural ability, but that only took him so far.

Suggesting Benn's bombs were "second to none", is sacrilege; for starters, what about one Motor City Cobra's right hand...

I don`t have the patience to replay Hagler`s career for you either ... If you had a clue, you would know that Hagler fought EVERYONE coming up. If I have to tell you who `Cyclone` Hart is, Bad Bennie, `The Worm then you clearly don`t have a clue who Hagler was as a fighter. I followed Hagler coming up, then later worked out of Petronelli`s gym. I will educate you on one thing. Hagler took shots extremelly well, partly because he had an extra thick skull. Early on in his career, Goody explained that during a routine CT scan, they discovered that Hagler`s skull was actually much thicker than the normal skull. Maybe why the `Hitman` broke his hand on Hagler`s hardened dome. As for pointing out exactly when Hagler git hit flush on the chin. I would say too many too list ! What an idiotic statement to make asking for proof that Hagler did get hit solidly on the chin, you need proof ?? Learn your boxing... News flash rocket man, Watts, Monroe, Hart and Briscoe... Philly`s finest and he went to Philly to fight him. Mongoloid ? Wow, you are extremely bright ;)

Hagler gets the SRL decision and fights another 3 year until age 36 facing Nunn, Kalambay, McCallum. Does he retire undefeated?

Hagler was fine when hit by Tommy's right hand... But so was McClellan...and McClellan was 16

He'd have fought an undefeated Benn at Wembley Stadium.

Which is it ??? Do punches NOT affect Hagler, or is it because you have no proof that Hagler was ever hit solid on the chin ?? You only get to pick one ;)

You can`t be trying to compare the very mediocre Benn with Hagler ??If you think benn had anywhere near Hagler`s skill or grit, you are clueless

We are talking about a guy who`s two signature victories are against a blown up jr. middle ?? And he`s going to be too big and hard punching for a true middleweight champion ?? A champ who is in THE top tier of all time great 160 lbs champs ? Quite amusing ...

Briscoe was well out the door when he fought hagler and hart doesnt compare to either jackson or mcclellan in terms of ability or quality of fighter. Im actually a huge fan of hagler believe it or not so im aware of who he fought...he didnt have a thicker skull but a thicker muscle on the side of his temple temporalis i think its called. Also how about you provide some filmic examples of hagler getting hit flush on the chin make me eat my words....i called you mongoloid because you suggested benn got to mcclellan when it was a near fatal brain injury which in your mind must mean it was due to the weakness of his chin

Man you really are a mong i never compared the two and actually said hagler was much more skilled in the pkst you replied to. I was talking about mcclellans chin in that he went 10 rounds with the bigger and harder punching benn the only thing that made the fight stop was a serious brain injury which is seperate from mcclellans durability.

Hey Einstein, isn`t the commom opinion that McCllelan is actually bigger than Benn ? Who actually (Benn) was not a big middle. Everyone talks about how McCllelan is actually a walking around 180 lbs. Now your saying Benn`s bigger ?? Lookin sharp Mongo ;) BTW, who did McCllelan beat besides 154 lbs of Jackson anyway ????

Moron, you are wrong about not muscle, but skull. I guess Goody wasn`t with the Doc after and you were... Now your right and Goody and the Doc who explained it are wrong. ? Wow, a boxing rocket scientist and skilled physician as well ! McCllelan two high points are beating a true jr. middle and he`s all that ? Enough banter with THE true expert. thanks for schooling me! And for your `Doctors` insight ;)

Come on. We all know that Benn was THE best sharp banger ever at 160. he would have Ko`d Hagler easy if Hagler had the guts to face him. Right atberry ;)
