Against McCallum he fought a totally different way he usually fights, he even said he wished he hadn't listened to people and attempted to confuse him with a different approach, it may have been a different result.

Watson I think may just lose a UD or SD on this one, I don't think he'd be knocked out even though McClennan obviously had the power to do so.

Ahh the Watson fan excuses. McCallum beat Watson because he was better. Plain and simple.

And you are just a biased tosser who has nothing of any use to add to this site. All your posts are very short, very **** and blatantly show you know nothing of foreign fighters.

I like Watson in this one. McClellan would force the fight, similar to Benn, and play right into Watson's hands. I do think it would go the distance though.

    McCallum is not McClellan

mike mac was a superb technician and an avoided fighter. one of his best wins is over watson (kalambay, bomber graham and curry you obviously give a shout for). so i dont know why it's a black mark on watsons record. watson to me looked like he went in without a gameplan. he seemed to sit behind his guard for a bit and noticed how far behind he was on points then became even more aggresive later on which by then mccallum was in a real groove and landed some savage artilary on a now opening watson.

by about round 8 watson was spent and was startign to look for a hail mary....fell into a trap to be honest. i heard he fought mcCallum on only 3 weeks notice any truth in this?

against mcClellan i think watson would of got beaten prett ybadly until mcClellan ran out of gas...which he had done before. sanderline williams did a fantastic job on him tho he lost due to workrate williams must of won what...4-5 rounds due to g-mans inactivity in the later rounds.

watson i think would of showed alot of flurries to keep mcClellan throwing punches but covering up until gmans stamina gave way.

gerald wasnt a staminaless fighter he could go the full distance but he couldnt apply the pressure, workate and weigth on punches that he could in the early rounds.

by about round 7 watson would pick him apart pretty hard and possibly taken him out.

    watson ud
