Alternate timeline - McClellan blasts out Nigel Benn in 1 round and Steve Collins defeats Eubank on points shortly after. Rather than going straight into a big money fight with Roy Jones G Man instead decides that in order to get a fairer slice of the pie against Roy he needs to add another belt to his collection and faces the WBO champ Steve Collins. What happens ??

Would McClellan be too powerful and demolish Collins or would the teak tough Irishman be able to weather the early storm and wear down the G Man for a late stoppage or decision win ??

I'd favour McClellan but Collins had an iron jaw.
Dunno if he'd get a KO or win on points

Strangely enough I think Collins wins on points. He needs to be careful though McClellan could knock out a horse

McClellan wins on cuts. Collins was extremely durable but Gerald would land a lot.

A long night for both men. McClellan was the harder puncher but Collins had solid power. His durability makes things even for me. Also both were good boxers and were committed to the body. It would be grueling. I'd pick McClellan SD.
