Every ****in thread about him ends up about the same ****.:verysad ****,Cool. Murder, Funny Kill an unborn child, Sweet Run over a Flamingo, Bundyesque Hell bound sack of **** that deserves his injuries.
That's a quality video, one of my favourites. Nice one. Iceveins one is quality aswell. [yt]Bz4KWIP3mrQ&feature[/yt] The Jackson knockdown is insane. The Mitchell KO is sweet as ****., love the shuffle of feet before delivering that right hand.
Some people only seem to want to know about the private life of Gerald Mclellan and not the boxer. Well, it's them who are missing out.
He did take some hard punches in the fight with Jackson.I agree some of the damage was probably done before the Benn fight.
It goes both ways just because he was a very good boxer,it doesn't mean we should over look what he was like as person.
But on a boxing forum you'd assume people were looking to talk about his ability as a fighter, not his pet care habits. Obviously not. Everyone ****in knows he was a rum ****er, everyone knows he fought dogs, unless people have got anything new apart from " he was a **** " whats the point ?
So if a thread was started about SRR you would expect and welcome refrences to him beating his pregnant wife's stomach, and not what he was like in the ring. You can barely go 5 posts about Gerald, on a Boxing forum, without someone bringing up cruelty to animals. Even if they have a Monzon Avatar, their screen name is Ibeabuchi, and their last thread was praising SRR.
Good points but if I started a thread about Mayweather jr I'd expect to see lots post calling him all the names under the sun for who he is outside the ring.Same with Hopkins,Calzaghe,Toney, tyson etc.As for the poeple with Monzon, Ibeabuchi etc, in there Avatars some poeple see what they want to see about there favourite fighters.
We all have skeletons in our closet as we have all sinned. Some more than others. Perhaps the secret to happiness is not taking glee or taking to in general, condeming others but instead lending a helping hand pointing things out. Gerald was a great fighter and had shortcoming in aspects of his personal life. But he was great at something and that something is a sport we all love here. Karma is a harsh judge.
The guy was a nasty piece of work - not a nice individual at all and yeah Karma is a funny thing ! But as a boxer he was as good as there was - shame his head was mashed up with the fame he achieved .... could have been a great in boxing circles but a c**t as a human being !
