    Does anybody know gerald mcclellans training routine iv looked everywere but found nothing, any help would be appreciated thanks :good

    No. It'll be more or less the same as everybody else's training routine though. Why do you even care?

    Just want to know because his physique was impressive, he was like wedge if you know what I mean
     
  5. yeah small waist, big lats/back upper body, causes that 'wedge' look alot of boxers look like that dude

    Yeah that's it, want to know hot to get a similar physique if possible I know that he never used weights but that's all
     
  7. well its pretty much A. build up your upper body B. dont get fat so you keep your slim waist. The 'V shape' look your talking about comes from a well devolped back/lats and shoulders mate, but keep in mind if your fat you wont have that tapered look so you have to take care in that sense also..

    Do you know what types of bodyweight training I can do to develop the lats and upper back because don't believe in using weights as they slow you down
     
  9. Prepare to be massacred for this statement lol, pullups and chinups are great for building your lats all you really need mate..

    No need to get aggressive. Weights can be used to increase speed you know? Just wait until the knowledgeable posters arrive so you can be raped with facts.
