    The answer to this thread is that your right...its just some idiot behind a keyboard that could be however he wants to be talking ****. So many forum warriors are like that but its sad that it happens in boxing ones too. a sport were people put their bodys and lives on the line

    for the record i dont know too much about mcclellan, but in the vids ive seen him i liked him. fearsome puncher too

    McCellan was overrated for years with plenty of tards saying he should've been one of the greats. Now he seems to be a bit underrated. He would have stopped the likes of Lacy & Pavlik.

    Somehow Benn is still also underrated. Baffling.

    But he did fight dogs, and I do belive he got what he deserved. Every bit as much as you believe he is a legend.

    could have been a legend i said .
    i'm a dog lover and obviously hate any practises such as dog fighting, but its a subject thats been well covered, and any mistakes he did make ,well, he's paid for them and then some.

    I see him as a good to very good fighter. I don't view him as someone who was going to be a great, especially with his skill level declining and him getting sloppier and too power crazy. He was a vicious puncher, but ATGs tend to have more skill in addition to just power, especially in more talented divisions (not heavyweights).

    I think he would've been on top of today's middleweight division. Above 160, he loses to Calzaghe and Kessler as well.
