Some quality analysis here. I expected a few Gerald by decapitation bull**** posts before now. 50/50 fight for me right now. I`ll need to think on it some.

Grandpa Hopkins knocked him down in the 1st round. G-Man was relentless in the 1st round or whenever he had someone hurt.

    G-Man by 1st round KO

    :)

buy really - I think its a good matchup. I could see early stoppage for G-man, but even if it went into later rounds I would put my money on Gman - His power punch combos, speed and attitude would win the fight. He would not stop throwing after feeling Calzaghe's power. G-man wasn't even intimidated by guys like Julian Jackson... He would laugh off Calzaghes shots.

Only way JC wins is if he actually can figure out how to defend against Gman and never gets lazy with it.

Perfect styles match up for Calzaghe.

He'd win a convincing UD, maybe even a late KO when his hands were in tact.

Joe Calzaghe. Everyone likes to call G-Man as being this destructor should he land a punch, but he is still very beatable. Benn took some of his right hands and was able to get back up, Joe can certainly do the same, he has a better chin than Benn did. I say JC outboxes him over 12 rounds and wins a UD. He would be making him miss a lot. G-man also might get tired around the 8th round, just like in the Benn fight when around the 6th he was tiring from not having had to go past just a few rounds.
