Gerald Washington training routine for beating Wilder

    Gerald Washington training routine

    7:00 AM wake up. Watch some tv and drink a cup of coffee.
    9:00 AM close TV and head to kitchen. Eat lots of bacon and pancakes with strawberry jam.
    11:00 AM Drive to the gym. Hit the heavybag 30 minutes and 30 minutes do weightlifting.
    12:30 PM Get back home. Eat some french ries with cheese burgers.
    17:00 PM Drive back to gym. Spar 8 rounds with easy pace against Dustin Nichols.
    18:30 PM Get back home and eat same in afternoon.
    20:00 PM Drive to post office to pick up some packages that Wilders team send to him. Inside packages are lots of donuts and free coupons to Burger King.
    22:30 PM Drive to Burger King to pick meal of super size cheeseburgers and 1,25l coca cola.
    00:00 AM Smoke some weed in the balcony and do 20 pushups.
    00:30 AM Go to bed.

    The WBC is a joke. This whole belt has become a farce. One big country club for Wilder and his handlers.

    Here we got Wlad, who fought Fury now facing Joshua. With the winner having to fight either Pulev or Ortiz to keep their belts. All fine and respectable. Doing what real heavyweights do.

    Over at the WBC country club we got Wilder feasting on Molina, Arreola, Duhaupas, etc and now freezing out Ortiz from a chance at the belt after Povetkin was jerked around after the Meldonium test. And now to be suspended.

    What a farce.

    Twenty push ups a day? That'll result in some muscle definition, especially with all that protein he's eating.

    Wilder better be ready. Washington clearly ain't playin, dawg.

    There is no way he would be sparring with Dustin Nicholls- that would be excessively tough.
    More Like Rubin "Mr Hollywood" Williams or Willie Kyles.

    And he prefers Mac Ds to Burger King.

    I find pancakes with strawberry jam better than with syrup. Its nice.

    Come forward and pressure Wilder. He has a tendency to go straight back with his chin in the air. And when Wilder misses he leaves himself pretty wide open for counter punches with his wide ass swings.
