Gerald Washington would win in the first round.

David Price is terrible. I don't know why people keep trying to prop him up now. His jaw is shot. He can't take punches from smaller or older guys. I don't know why anyone would pick Price to stand up to a big strong fresh heavyweight who can watch tape and see exactly how to destroy him.

Washington KO today... Price would have a real shot at the KO when he actually had some degree of confidence. Prior to the Thompson fights at the very least he was glass cannon with a punchers chance against most guys. But he doesn't even bring that to the table today.

Gerald Washington isn't all that good, but I think he can take more than Price can and would win a shoot out

Guys, Price only lost to Thompson and Teper. Both were roided to the gills. Eh, I think this would be a good fight. Washington is horrible.

Thing is... Price's confidence is shot to bits. He doesn't throw the right with any authority anymore. Washington may be mediocre but at the very least he appears to have decent ring IQ.. Knows how to pace himself, doesn't appear to have any punch resistance issues, does the basics well enough. If Price still threw the right hand and wasn't so hesitant i'd give him a good shot here, but he's a mentally damaged fighter with a TON of flaws. Hard to see anything but a Washington stoppage here.
