The number of black Americans caught in athletics and boxing. From what I've heard, the number of NFL players to be caught is also disproportionately high, but I know nothing of the sport.

 

Jose Canseco, Roger Clemens, Bill Romananski, Craig Biggio, Todd Steussie, Louis Castillo, Mark Mcgwire, Ryan Franklin and I could go on and on with non black athletes who were on PEDS.

Kenya isn't the whole of East Africa.

"Black" was oversimplifying it, but I did say "black Americans" and they tend to be of the same descent as Jamaicans etc., making it clearer. But like I said, different regions produce different athletes. West African's are stocky and more muscular whereas Kenyan's are slight and suited to long distances.

I know. Jamaica is the same as Kenya in that the funds are not spread evenly.
