    Anyone given it a go?

    Thoughts?

    Feedback?

I've heard great things about it but I wasn't really impressed if I'm being honest.

For a fighter - not a fan of it at all!

For a bodybuilder - great, albeit with limited usage.

It's the 10 x 10 set method. Basically you do (as an example) a set of dips followed by a set of hammer culrs - repeated ten times with a 90 second rest between sets. Then there are some additional excersises.

The weight is 60% of your 1 rep max.

I just didn't find it that good despite the rave reviews......

    No?

You don't think it does anything for your cardiovascular system?

This workout is decent for muscular endurance and hypertrophy - nothing more.

As a fighter, there are far more important things to worry about.
