All i see there is evidence he went to the hostipal an was given the all clear after 3 hours. Thats not conclusive evidence he was knocked out. I've been to the hospital myself with a head injury an spent longer than 3 hours and i wasn't knocked out
Ive think Dirrell acted a little bit but you're bang on, it was an illegal shot and Arthur got what was coming for sure......what did they expect the ref to do?
atsch Man, please! Neutral my ass...you seem like a displexed AA fan...He should have never punched him while Dirrell was down, PERIOD! Then you have the audacity to call him a ***** not knowing the extend of his injury...Have you taken the time to look at the bigger picture! Childish!:rofl Man, you're the one who's childish by calling pro fighters pussies!
He could well have been suffering concussion....But this could have been from the effects of any blow landed previously during the fight. I will not defend AA in anyway, Dirrell boxed his ears off all night and I believe would have gone on to win if he had got back up from the foul. Only Dirrell knows for sure how that punch affected him and the reasons for not getting back up if he could have. I believe he could have got back up, but that does not me or anyone else who thinks the same an "Idiot"....
Show him some respect. I'm sure he laces them up. He laces up the keyboard on one hand and the mouse in the other.
I was asked to do a front page article so I went over everything I could very carefully for that. It is all there. If he was concussed prior he would have had trouble boxing because of the light sensitivity thing I mentioned earlier. TV lights are bright. He shows the sensitivity once the doctors sit him up. That level of problem would have been a severe problem for him to fight with. This is really easy stuff for the doctors who were on the scene to gage. No one would have believed otherwise if AA hadn't opened his big mouth. If he had been awarded the KO he himself said he deserved PRIOR to being shown it was an illegal punch would we be having this conversation? No. The only evidence is AA's word which he conveniently changes MID INTERVIEW. Again, this is really easy stuff if you look at the record. Go back and watch the post fight interview where AA says he should get the KO victory prior to being shown the punch was illegal. Very poor acting by AA but he got away with it in the eyes of his fans and that seems to be ALL he cares about.
Look, I'm one of the ones the feels Dirrell should've got the nod over Froch, I have no ties to AA at all, i've already said AA is an idiot an he can have no complaints. You're right i don't know the extent of his injuries, i've already said that also, none of us know, only Dirrell but imo he pussied out. Maybe its not the correct terminology buts it has a universal meaning. I've respect for all pro fighters, even anyone that laces up the gloves, but that doesn't mean i should respect them (any fighter) if i feel they're taking an easy way out. Truth of the matter is AA might've been DQ anyway, even if Dirrell had of got up, what i don't like about it was that Dirrell made sure he did everything possible to make sure the fight couldn't continue. It reminded me of association football, where players would roll about on the ground to get others sent off, not the best of examples but you get the jist of it. I'm not gonna apologise for having an opinion on your boy just because your willing to back him to the holt even tho the possibility is there you could be wrong.
Guess what Arthur? If you hit someone when they're down in boxing and they can't continue, you lose. Get over it.
If Andre Dirrell took a **** in the middle of the ring, peed on AA's shoes, and lit the ****ing ref on fire, it would not matter one bit. AA was desperate and frustrated. As a result he committed one of the worst fouls in boxing, and was correctly DQed. End of story.
If Dirrell can't get past Ward, he probably goes home. No need for a rematch. It won't change. I'd lay good money down that Saurland will claim Dirrell had home field advantage and that is the ONLY reason he won so will refuse to fight unless in Germany. He is already laying the ground work. If you were Dirrell, would you take this fight in Germany? Serious question.
As soon as he wins another big fight, he'll be armenian again in no time. Btw I didn't know that Sauerland is representing a whole country. Seems like I went to the wrong election.
