There could be a limit to how quickly you could give feedback on the same poster. Another board I visit uses this system. It keeps individuals from exercising vendettas but will still leave posters open to getting pummeled by the whole of the board.

 

Pacquiao ducked floyd for the march 13th date and thats clear...these recent negotiations dont show any proof that pac was ducking floyd for the november date..

But for whatever reason he didnt want the march date WITH FLOYD AND HIS TEAM MADE THAT PRETTY CLEAR WITHOUT MAKING PAC LOOK LIKE HE WAS DUCKING.
