Me too. Haye was overall one of those disposable champions imo. Kind of wish he'd have given Briggs a chance...not sure David could have beat him..

I would favor Cooney to stop David Haye.

    Here’s how this goes:

Haye gets injured in training, postpones fight.

Nine months later they are set again, Cooney gets injured in training, postpones fight.

    Rinse.

    Repeat.

The first round of Haye v Wlad told the tale of the whole fight, here`s the first round of Cooney v Holmes which was similar and cagey, also Cooney had an 81inch jab, here`s how how he started the caginess in this fight throwing these jabs, Haye cannot get past a long jab.
Both jab at12:29, awkward jab from Gerry 13:08. soft jab 13:10 jab to body 13:18 double jab 13:22 jab 13:33 really wide jab 13:41 soft jab 13:44 jab 13:48 jab body 13:54 two weak jabs 14:05 two sharp jabs 14:28 soft jab 14:42 sharp jab 14:51 1-1-2 15:01 straight right at 15:09 weak jab 15:14 double jab 15:17 fast straight right 15:22
