I agree with most of that, I think Witherspoon would have destroyed Gerry, hated that he didn't fight young contenders, and was hoping my man Jimmy Young was going to kick his ass. would have if he didn't get cut. But Gerry was a very dangerous opponent for anyone, had some good skills, fast, great jab, good right, great left hook. He deserved the money he got because it reflects the money he brought in.
