Penalosa UD. He'd outland Nietes, and the bigger shots from Donnie aren't gonna do anything to Gerry. Eventually, Gerry's right hook is gonna stop Nietes from throwing the right and eventually, Gerry's gonna dictate the pace to take over.
This is pretty much how I see it going. I imagine it would look something like the Ioka fights. Nietes was an extraordinary talent in his prime (and imo hasn’t received the praise he should for this) but he reminds me of D!ck Tiger in a way that he is a very hard man to outfight but is susceptible to being outboxed by elite level boxers (which of course Penalosa was).
