Vic is too much for the old Penalosa? that could be the case.. I think Penalosa has the power and counter punching accuracy to keep Vic honest. Vic has fought powerless opponents. That's a key. If you can't hurt him. You're gonna get punished. Without a doubt. Kirilov and Mijares have less than 50 percent KO rate. Penalosa is good puncher not great but can definitely shake up Vic.
