Gervonta Davis roasted very hard here, pretty scientifically

Turns out none of his WBA belts are legit.

    IBF - legit
WBA Super (Super Feather) - Fake belt / Machado was real champ
WBA Regular (Lightweight) - Fake belt / Lomachenko was real champ
WBA Super v2 (Super Feather) - Fake belt / Alvarado was real champ

Apparently Tank only ever won 1 legit belt, defended it once vs Ryan Walsh, missed weight & got stripped

Davis actually fought for and won those belts, now what makes his belts fake and not the other fighters. If the belts were in fact fake, why would he be allowed to bring them into the ring. He won the IBF from Pedraza, He won the vacant WBA super FW title against Ceullar, he defended it three times and lost it on the scales. He beat Gamboa for the vacant WBA lightweight title( which Loma had vacated ducking Haney) Then he knocked off Leo for his super FW belt. If his belts are fake, then all the other belts are fake too,

They are fake because some poor pig farmer from some former Soviet hell hole didn't hold them for fighting a room full of Russian turnip farmers and American car wash workers on HBO before it folded.
The real fake is the ABC title companies pumping out belts for every fight on TV. I don't fault the fighters for this garbage. This boxing board is just filled with guys who pick and choose who they believe is legit or not based on bias.

Cuellar was rated # 57, it was actually for WBA Interim title, then they cheated Machado out of the Super belt and manufactured a super belt for Gervonta fighting a bum.

It wasn't vacant WBA Lightweight title, it was WBA Regular title, specifically manufactured for Gervonta vs. Gamboa. Real champ Loma had WBA Super. Haney didn't have anything to do with it, he was rated by WBC, not WBA.

Leo fought a guy rated # 147 for a manufactured vacant belt that didn't exist, at the time when Alvarado was real WBA champ at 130.

Line of WBA champions at SFW = Vacated by Edwin Valero (Undefeated), then won by Linares > Salgado > Uchiyama > Corrales > Machado > Cancio > Alvarado

No Gervonta, no Leo Santa Cruz.

My point is this, regardless of the circumstances, Davises titles were recognized as titles. That's why the ring announcer called them out. I definitely feel that there are too many titles out there but it is what it is. Haney was the WBA international champ and Loma was the WBA regular champ, Haney was the mandatory for that strap. Loma vacated it and went with the franchise belt. Same with Leo, regardless of the circumstanes, he had a recognized belt.
