I just visited WBA website to check their newest ranking.

To my surprise, I found Tank's name ranked first in the Lightweight division. His name is above Gamboa (#2), Barthelemy (#3), Easter Jr. (#4) and Ryan Garcia (#5). And then I checked the Super Fatherweight division, his name is no longer there. It only has Cancio as the world champion (regular) and Jojo Diaz as the gold champion.

Is Tank Davis moving up ?

As far as I recall, Tank just had his mandatory fight against Nunez and retained his WBA 130 lbs super belt. There isn't any news about him vacating.
I know that he mentioned something about moving up weight class in 2019 in the past, but I haven't heard something like that recently.

Tank struggle to make 130, hes a fat little ****er. He needs to go to 135 but gutless Floyd and fat waster Leonard wont allow him to move up to 135 until Loma buggers off.

    Cancio is the WBA champ.
Jezzrel Corrales was the WBA super champ, but he failed to make weight for the Machado bout. So the vacant WBA belt was on the line that night.
Then the following year the WBA basically just gave it's Super belt to Davis.
