Got to be good thing.Mikey Garcia had all wrong about Lomo in that a young guy like Tank will only get lots of respect for fighting Lomo, regardless of the result.I also think Tank Davis has more chance against Lomo than Mikey has, given his power you'd have to give him a chance over twelve rounds.
I think that's exactly the plan. He's going to fight Gamboa for the "regular" WBA title to have some sort of hardware and acclimate to 135, then use that as leverage to fight for all the real belts. As for Loma, my two cents is that it's going to be Tank or Pac right after he unifies with Commey-Lopez, and Haney & Berchelt will be on that list right behind them. Should be a hell of a 2020 lined up, regardless of exactly how it shakes out.
Shorter, and more flat footed than either Russell Jr, or Rigondeaux. That's right up Lomachenko's alley.
True, but Salido didn't come close to making weight. Had he made weight, Lomachenko would have KO'd him. That being said, Salido's supposed 11 pound weight advantage in the ring, is something that other fighters have overcome against better opponents than Salido.
