I think Fortuna and the win he should've had against Gamboa was better, but fair enough.

I actually think the rematch was on the way to happening until Loma fought Rocky Martinez, but he looked too good against Siri had just gone to war with for 24 rounds. Shame it didn't come off, but I always respected Loma's owning the loss and not using excuses, valid as they may have been.

I have a vague memory of Salido not liking what he was being offered for a rematch.

Loma in his first pro fight boxed the ears of Salido. Easily won 7 or 8 rounds. 2019 Loma would absolutely take his soul.

You'll get a much better , younger pressure fighter in Berchelt to measure Lomachenko with shortly. Once Berchelt is eaten alive this board might explode.

Davis and Floyd want 0.0 part of The Matrix. They are moving up because Tank can't make 130lbs anymore. They know that once Loma unifies the division they'll reject TopRank's offer (Haney too) and then Loma will drop all the belts and go back down to 130lbs to take over .

They're going to fight tomato cans until they can get a shot at a vacant belt. That's it.

When Lomachenko commits to body shots, those punches are anything but light. Ask Linares, Pedraza, and Campbell.

Similarly, too many have accepted on faith that Tank is a one-hitter quitter at the highest levels. The kid can crack. Of that, there is no doubt. Nevertheless it is anything but clear that he'll be as destructive at a) a higher weight and b) against elite level competition. To date, Tank's opposition has been rather dubious.

Indeed, for all the grief Lomachenko is taking from some over his supposed poor performance Saturday night, Campbell is by some measure better than the best opponent on Tank's resume.

From what I recall, Salido turned down an insanely good offer because he wanted no part of a rematch with Loma. The coward made no attempt to make weight or box cleanly in the first fight. I was disappointed he turned down the offer because he would have gotten the beating of his life.

It wasn’t his first pro fight, even if you subtract the series of fights he had under pro rules against decent opponents immediately before turning pro.

I think it's incredible how such a tiny guy can crack to the liver like he does, probably to do with accuracy as much as anything.Tell you what I like?that right hand jab as that was rocking Luke's head back for fun.

No, that was his first pro fight. We're not counting that absurd Euro boxing tournament for amateur stars fought over three rounds with professional rules.

First pro fight is a Championship fight. First time in history.... and his opponent fails to even pretend to make the weight.

    Still waxed his ass.

You should really check boxrec on this one. We can continue this all day if you'd like.

    Also five rounders, not three.

Also look up the name Rademacher.

Edit: It's insane how every single one of your bullet points is empirically wrong.

Ha that's your defense. Rademacher and a championship fight?

Anyways, he eviscerated your boy cambell like it was nothing. We're witnessing the greatest fighter of this generation.

You're best bet for a "pressure fighter" is Berchelt and we all know how that ends.

I seem to remember on commentary the other night about Salido being his 2nd pro fight?
