Yup. Loma's either dropped or stopped just about everyone he's fought at 135lbs.

Is Loma a classic "puncher" at lightweight? No. But he's hardly "light hitting."

I exaggerated. But he boxes with the mindset that he'll knock the guy out and loses a ton of rounds. He's not a nuanced fighter. His power is massive but if it doesn't bail him out, then what? He couldn't hurt Cruz, who is absolutely nothing special, and won unimpressively.

Overall good fight though. Frank Martin had a good gameplan.....Tank executed his gameplan better.

Rolly may not have much else, but he can punch a bit. I wouldn't say Pitbull Cruz is devoid of power, either.

That said, Zepeda would be an interesting matchup with Tank.

Tank's weird. I like him and dislike him. When I see a guy like him, he's exciting, but I can't help but think the competition is poor. Just giving rounds away walking a guy down and doing NOTHING. Just walking right up to them. How do they let him get away with that round after round? Must be not fighting competent big punchers.

The uppercut to huge left hook. That was beautiful. Anyone saying he can’t box. That was a great combo finish. I agree he gives up rounds. But he earns those kos from quality work.

Loma might be too old at this point to survive 12 with tank.

Tank set him up. Martin is a very good boxer and physically strong and athletic but Tank’s ring IQ is next level.

Teo could give him problems, but not sure Teo can make the weight, but assuming he could that could be a problem. Outside of that, maybe Shakur could stink out the arena and win a decision but he’d have to be perfect.

He can't, an excellent boxer wouldn't have lost almost every round to Hector Garcia, Rollie Romero, Leo Santa Cruz, Frank Martin and Mario Barrios, before coming back and scoring a late KO, and should have outright lost to Isaac Cruz.

Loma is the biggest fight for Tank right now.

Again, who specifically are you wanting him to fight?

But he can't punch. If you are gonna box Tank and be a light puncher, you gotta be Floyd Mayweather. Then you can win, since Floyd can be perfect for 12 rounds with ease.

The judges had Tank ahead 67-66 at the time of the stoppage. His ring generalship is outstanding. Frank is a really good fighter who would have a great chance against normal world champions but as I have always said Tank is special!

Yeah I get what you’re saying, I respect his composure and his ability but I don’t like him at all, he impressed me there though
