Oh, he's a much better opponent than Romero, who honestly kinda sucks.

Cruz is aggressive, puts punches together and is filthy AF. He might well get torched and this shouldn't really be on PPV, but he's a legit top 10 guy at 135lbs and he'll bring the heat for as long as he can against Tank. Might make it uncomfortable for a little bit, too.

This won’t last long. You have Cruz ,a come forward fighter , against a fast and power puncher in Tank.

He called Tank ugly (true), but Rolly might be the ugliest dude in boxing. Bika level ugly.

    Possibly...

Or they could be following the Wilder model - stay unbeaten, keep your KO percentage high and even if your resume isn't great you'll still find people who'll push the narrative that you're the best around.

Some fans of the sport will know better, but it won't make much of a dent in the acceptance of the nonsense in a broader sense.

Truth is though, it's easy to look talented if you never step into the top level of competition - lots of fighters can "look" talented, but a much smaller number truly are.

Some have the testicular fortitude to try and find out if they got it.

    Some don't.

Those that don't, but can keep on winning and looking like they'd have it can dine out for years on the perception of what they might have been - it's still pretty lucrative, and much less risky than stepping up.
