    Its delayed so now there is an extra 3 months to build up a fight nobody wants to see. Awesome. Why couldn't he fight Shakur? Neither of those clowns want the smoke.

    Cause they have no choice. There isn't a broadcasting company willing to pay PBC for the right to broadcast any of their fight. So they are left with paying for the event (PPV). Where they pay the broadcasting company to air their event.
