Nothing has been announced or 100% clearly indicated, but I think Gervonta will fight Billy Dib because:

1. It's an opponent you wouldn't really want to go out of your way to announce. You'd want to announce it when the attention is with Mayweather-McGregor, leave boxing media with less incentive to ridicule it as they'd prefer to earn more money talking about Floyd-Conor.

2. Tevin Farmer apparently wanted to fight Billy Dib when Gervonta offered Farmer the fight originally. At least this is the narrative that was retweeted by Gervonta.

3. Billy Dib has a fight scheduled in 9 days but it's against TBA....it's pretty clear he's being talked to as an opponent for Gervonta. He has a nice sounding record of 42-4 and will make Gervonta look impressive in front of the millions watching http://boxrec.com/boxer/265500

Looking at the rankings/unavailable and who could have a fight made fairly easily, I wouldn't be shocked if it ended up being someone like Javier Fortuna
