Gamboa scored a exciting win last night. Gamboa can also be an exciting and explosive fighter so when he looks good of course people are going to talk about him.

No argument from me here. Gamboa was a very good fighter in his prime and can obviously still show flashes but that wasn't what I cracking to Lewis Gassed about. What I'm talking about is certain think tanks hyping him out of proxy if a fight with Tank gets made. When these same people jumped ship years ago when he went on the slide.

Wait, I thought it was just Eddie Hearn's DAZN shows that had robberies? Are you saying Mayweather/TGB Showtime shows have robberies too :dunno

Yep Berchelt or Farmer because he has a belt.

I dont mind Gamboa fight if he does it quickly and comes back again in December.

Crazy stupid of Nunez to get complacent like that in the clinch as he was actually doing OK up until he got caught with that big left hand. I'm not saying he was winning or would've won but you should never get overconfident when you're in with a legit banger especially if they have fast hands too and Nunez ended up getting caught with a silly shot which was totally unnecessary and which cost him dearly.

How has Tank gotten better since then? Usually you get better when you fight better opponents, I’m unaware of the opposite happening. Maybe he’s mentally maturing and what you’re saying is true, but we have no tangible evidence from in ring performances because his opposition has gone downhill since then.
Farmer would be a good fight, and I’d like to see Gamboa against Tank as well. I thought Gamboa looked shot and slow against Martinez, but that would still be a fun fight and a step up for Davis due to Gamboa’s pedigree.
