    I could stay up 24 hours straight on a bender, down some Nyquil and 2 or 3 Benadryl for good measure... and I still wouldn't be as slurry and unintelligible as Tank Davis.:sisi1

    I enjoyed Ramirez-Melendez; the final round was pretty torrid and it heated up nicely in general after a slow opening quarter.

    But I mean putting a 21 year old prospect in against an experienced and awkward spoiler could result in a less than enthralling viewing experience. I guess the intent was to have Jesus score another impressive KO, but that's easier said than done against someone who's as tough and tricky as Santamaria.

    They're batting .500, but I'm not holding out much hope for the semi-main event. Hopefully Spike has enough to make it a fight. If not, we can at least hope that Lara has enough malevolence to try and end matters definitively and early rather than drag things out needlessly.
