When you hate on Tank you will cheer for anyone to knock his tats off his face.
Not happening tonight as Tank shuts this kid down before the 6th

Like Pimp C said, let the best man win! If Rolly wins I won't be upset, dude is good for boxing.

I'm not surprised you like a) a guy who abuses women in public (Tank) and b) a pervert who forces women to touch his **** (Rolly)

    you're a weirdo

no wonder you're living in a NJ trailer park

Not so sure about that Jay. It wouldn't shock me in the least if Tank knocks him out and early. But people are being a little too dismissive of Rollie here. Fine, he struggled with Marinez, but that's irrelevant when it comes to tonight's match. He showed he could deal really well with a relatively decent sized Light Welterweight in Yigit, who's a quality operator, that I rate fairly highly. Yigit has a win over Sandor Martin, the conqueror of Mikey Garcia, and that was in the recent past, in 2017, not some undeveloped scrub version. Baranchyk battered Yigit violently, and he never came close to putting him down. Yigit is also a southpaw, and the relative ease Rollie dealt with him impressed the hell out of me. The unpredictability of his attack, the angles, and the power he generated, when he was able to get full leverage on his shots, on a southpaw, was pretty nasty. The only issue I saw was that he got hit a little too much early, and he can't run that risk tonight, although I'm pretty sure if I noticed that, he and his team did as well, so most likely they'll learn from that fight and improved. Then, if Rollie has solid whiskers, that could mean real trouble for Tank, because stylistically, I think Rollie will land and land aplenty.

Yigit didn't even train for that fight and missed weight + stepped in on short notice. I don't think you can take anything away from that fight apart from Rolly having some power. But thats not a huge surprise considering HOW he actually throws his punches. He's a puncher.

Tank beats him easily. The only question is how tough Rolly is and how long he lasts.

That is insightful solid thinking. Kudos for it.

Now, without thinking, what does your gut tell you is happening tonight?

My gut was telling me Romero, which is how and why I came to that conclusion. I looked into why my gut was leaning in that direction.

He didn't beat Barrios or Cruz easily and quite frankly Tank's power wasn't very impressive against Gamboa. He's yet to truly look good at 135 or 140. Not sure where everyone's all fire insanely high confidence in Tank is coming from. I don't care if Yigit trained or not. He's a boxer, and a good one. Yet Romero nullified the bigger man's advantages rather easily. No, Romero isn't amazing, but he's unorthodox, unpredictable and heavy handed. That might be more than enough.

Why? What the **** has Tank done at 135, to garner all of this insane confidence in him?

The kid has spunk and he is awkward as FK. Almost as unorthodox as Wilder inside the ring.

He might trouble Tank for a round or two but I
Don’t think he is ready for the power of the Tank.

I like the trash talk from Rollie and think this is a move to quickly for him. As you pointed out the fight with Marinez was good and borderline robbery IMO as Rollie was struggling

What power? Out of 24 rounds at 135.... his two matches have gone a combined total of 23 1/2 rounds.

I'd take Davis in a heartbeat.

He's going to violently dispatch of Rolly. And you've got to be a proper arrogant weirdo for me to want Gervonta Davis to beat you.

Barrios and Cruz are both levels above Rolly though and Gamboa just ran away. Tank isn't as good as his fangirls think he is but Rolly is a tailor made matchup for him and the sniping left hand. Rolly gets hit by everything. Rolly can knock him out but thats a punchers chance imo.
