Tank is a deadly counter puncher. It took him a couple rounds to warm up but once his mind reaches peak concentration it's all she wrote.

What you said here is akin to saying there's only one way to win a fight. Tank was trying to get in his head the second he stepped in the ring, before the bell even sounded. Sure, but he also had head movement, combinations and he didn’t scream out in pain in the middle of a fight.
Fighters should have great defense and not want to get hit, but wanting to hit their opponent should take priority over that. Real defense is making the opponent miss and pay on the inside, not covering up and staying out of range. That’s avoiding a fight, not defense.

I’m not one for reverence of old fighters but please don’t ever mention Tank in the same sentence as Duran ever again lol

 

Rolly feinted Tank one time too faking the right hand, got Tank to bite, then hit him with the left. Rolly's a good fighter just too inexperienced to deal with Tank. He'll learn from this. Tank had his hands full tonight.
