This is of course riding on Gervonta's ability to not get arrested again between now and April 15th. That is FAR from a sure thing.

Fully motivated and trained Davis beats Garcia. Problem is Davis has regressed the past few years. He needs to recommit himself to training.

Can't believe I am rooting for Ryan.

But yes, Tank was done ages ago, he has no desire to stay in the sport and besides he is going away for a few years.

And then with the pointless ducking of Loma and the b1tchy delayed negotiations for this fight.

    Good riddance to bad rubbish.

You have to wonder if this fight would have happened if Tank wasn't potentially facing 7 years soon after. Also, why is the fight suddenly signed when Tank has to grab what might be his last big payday, was it Tanks side holding up negotiations?

Anyone else find the 136 catchweight annoying? We already have too many weight classes as is. Now guys are splitting hairs over one pound.

I’m not really a fan of either but I’m rooting for a Ryan win, Tank seems like the bigger scumbag.

It’ll be a good fight for however long it lasts.
Tank doesn’t box to win, he boxes to setup the ko, so if Ryan can stay smart and box like the longer fighter he is, this fight should be his.

Tanks straight lefts vs Ryan’s left hooks. Let’s go!

By the way, is this really a super fight, lol? Neither fighter is #1 or #2 at 135 or 140 and there’s no titles on the line.

Tank Davis and his handlers can no longer afford to say no with potential jail time on the horizon. You hate to see it.
