Sugar Shane was an absolute monster at 135, very arguably the hardest puncher ever at the weight. Tank would get KTFO by Shane, Mosley wasn’t an easy guy to counter because he was so fast and letting yourself get hit and dropping rounds against somebody as skilled and hard-hitting as Mosley is a recipe for disaster.
I'd favour Mosley based on the eye test he did look awesome at Lightweight, but it has to be said his opposition was so-so and Davis would be the best opponent hes ever fought at Lightweight.
