I must admit i havnt seen much of him. Seems a reasonably powerful short arm swinger to me. Does anyone have more insight into his style?

Only watched the pedraza fight but he struck me as a better version of Broner. Took huge spells off and then would land a flashy combo. Someone who can stand up to his power can outwork him to a decision imo.

From what I've seen he fights like a character you're controlling on a Fight Night video game. Doesn't bother much with the jab because it doesn't do much damage; it's all about the hooks and the uppercuts. Sometimes he falls into the trap of bashing the left uppercut button until the other guy's energy bar goes to zero and falls over.

He seems to be a left-hand happy southpaw, but the right hook carries power even if he doesn't seem to throw it as naturally.

There are obvious flaws in his style, and he'll go as far as his speed, power and physicality will take him. He seems to have them in abundance though, so that may well be pretty far. I think a lot depends on how well he can adapt in fights to someone well-schooled and physically strong who can put him on the back foot.

So if Walsh can dictate a constant pace not letting him rest and set himself then he could possibly send him into Jeff lacy mode against calzaghe? Walsh punches hard enough to really hurt him aswell. I also feel we havnt seen Liam's top gear yet. I'l openly admit I'm a Walsh follower so obviously I'm biased

He's the real deal. Pedraza was a world champion and Davis made him look like a novice

Davis is one to watch at this point in time

    Not the best

    Not the worst

Plenty of time to hone his skills, I think he's decent tbf
