Yes he said those things but him promoting how great he is, his new strip club, his fight with McGregor & how great he is, is also on record and recorded for proof. His gripe apparently isn't that Floyd didn't promote the biggest fight of his career at all, it's that he spent the vast majority of the time he was wearing his promoter hat, promoting himself.

Now you gotta admit, that's not to far-fetched, the kid feels Floyd's time in the spotlight is done, it's Tank Time now, but all his promoter does 80% of the time is talk about himself.
