Get Adamek out your top ten heavies

  1. How many people have him ranked at 3 or 4 , he just lost to steve Cunningham , was not competitive against Vitali , and was almost knocked out by Grant , he would not be competitive against David Haye , he would lose badly to Deontay Wilder , Tyson Fury , Derek Chisora , ...... ETC ETC

He beat Grant....won a close decision against Cunningham.....until Wilder beats anyone in the top 30 we can't say that he would beat Adamek....

As for DelBoy.....good fight but Adamek went right thru Arreloa.....n Arreloa<<<<<Chisora

    Oh Boy...

You haven't heard? Adamek has a ton of emotional fans on this board. And their completely unable to look at the facts. The fact that he was stunned by Nagy Aguilera, and then alomst knocked out cold by a Vitali rangefinder jab is lost on them. And don't even expect them to remember the fact that he was out-boxed by a one-armed, feather-fisted, 203-pound, Fat Eddie Chambers and then given a pathetic gift decision.

    He shouldn't be anywhere close.

Adamek is a decent heavyweight currently but he is on the slide and was never great at the weight so I agree that it's fair to take him out of any top 10 lists.

Agreed. He wouldn't be anywhere close, but for being on the receiving end of 2 very generous decisions. Lotta heart, lotta guts, but just doesnt have the rest to make it at HW.

Did you even watch those fights? Adamek barely got past a fat Arreola and he was handed a gift against Cunningham. ****, he only won the first fight because he got lucky with Cunninghams chin.

Adamek is definitely on the slide. The only reason he is still in the top 10 is because not enough younger fighters have made the big fights to show that they belong instead of him.

he lost to chambers and cunningham..... but on paper he "won" which ive seen plenty of fighters go down in the rankings after "wins" like those
no way he is top 10 anymore

I like how people discredit his win against Cunningham even though Cunningham was beating Fury on the scorecards and knocked him down.

Adamek easily has the tools to beat Fury

Lets face it, he is too old to do it. He had a though career and his time is up.

I thought he won the chambers and cunnigham fights, he was a great cruiserweight, hes undefeated at heavyweight apart from losing to Klitschko ( masterclass from Vitali)
he deserves to be in the top 10

You all may correct in thinking Adamek's time is finished. But every time you think for sure he cant win he does. The wars against Briggs. He was also picked to lose on East Side Boxing Forum to Bell, Cunningham and Banks. All 3 were on the canvas. Arreola was going to murder him according to the experts here. He won that one. Defeating giants 1/2 foot taller and 50 pounds heavier can take a toll on any human. Golota , McBride and Grant were all beaten but the freak Vitali was to much. Vitali can take the soul away from a fighter as you all know. Stringing 5 victories in a row after the defeat to Vitali shows his determination. No matter what happens this man Adamek has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of and should be in the Hall of Fame.

A lot of these experts on here claim he lost vs Cunningham and Chambers... well he didn't so deal with it. Ya he sucks as a HW compared to his LHW and Cruiser campaign, but he still has only lost to Vitali at HW. Hmmm not bad? Until another one comes, shut up and respect the man for what he has done.
